I have had Raynaud’s since I was a teenager and these gloves are great. I live in Ohio, where the weather is often cold and I put these gloves on whenever I know I am going to be in a situation that will trigger the symptoms. I wear them for driving, walking (under my mittens), knitting and even play tennis in them until my hands get warmed up. I am going to order a second pair, just so I have a spare.
I bought these gloves for my Raynaud's and to hopefully not get chilblains this year. The gloves, for me, are just ok. I didn't get the warmth I was looking for. These gloves certainly aren't bad, and to be fair, my Raynaud's is quite severe, and they may work better for you.
